TNS OBOP, the leading polling company conducted another survey of client satisfaction of BCC’s outsourcing services.
The survey, conducted between May 8 and 28, 2007 was to define the satisfaction level of BCC’s clients, and consequently better understand their needs and determine the areas to improve the quality of BCC’s services.
With the method of CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) TNS OBOP pollsters conducted interviews with BCC’s clients, who evaluated the whole cooperation as well as the quality of particular services (hosting, administration and SAP application support). The quality of BCC’s consultants’ client service and the scope of service contracts were also evaluated.
The respondents were managers responsible for system maintenance, IT department management and cooperation with BCC. The survey was answered by representatives of nearly all the companies that use BCC’s outsourcing services.
Almost all the respondents (95%) positively evaluated their cooperation with BCC. Among the company’s strengths they listed a wide range of service, commitment to problem solving and a quick reaction time after notification about a problem. The consultants were praised for their commitment, attention to detail, patience, helpfulness and large experience.
This is the second client satisfaction survey conducted by TNS OBOP for BCC. The first one was carried out in March and April 2006 and was the only one publicized client satisfaction survey conducted by an independent polling company for a company in Polish market of SAP outsourcing services.
”Since last year’s survey we have introduced many important changes, like starting our own data center, implementing the Information Security Management System which is certified with ISO 27001. We have also greatly increased the number of consultants. Such high evaluation indicates that the clients appreciate the direction we are taking in development and changes. The results of the latest survey also oblige us to further improve the areas indicated by the clients” , said Waldemar Sokołowski, BCC Outsourcing Services Director.
