BeeOffice gathers in one place comprehensive information on the equipment used by the employees, the history of its handouts and returns. Additionally, it offers the functionality of generating and printing out dedicated documents confirming handing out and returning specific pieces of equipment.
The Equipment module allows to handle the process of managing company equipment provided to the users, e.g. laptops, telephones, access cards.It is a very helpful functionality in any company that wants to have control over the equipment owned and know its history – from purchase, through hand over to the user until its sale or destroying.
