BCC has added a new service to its offer, which enables simple, fast and convenient access to optical copies of original documents from the level of SAP user interface.
This type of optical saving can be used for any documents saved in the paper form, and easy access to scanned invoices by accounting departments is the most evident example of its application.
The solution enables:
| increased work effectiveness in document processing departments (thanks to the methods of fast searching and processing of documents and direct linking of accounting data in SAP system to the real document) |
| saving office space thanks to elimination of files and archives at the work station (original copies of documents can be stored away from where they are processed, e.g. in a warehouse) |
