Bank BPH SA, one of the leaders in corporate banking, has certified a BCC solution in e-banking which provides communication between the bank’s clients’ SAP systems and the e-banking system in BPH.
Within the programme ‘BPH Integrator’, BPH bank grants certificates to partners that offer tested IT solutions integrating clients’ ERP systems, financial accounting systems and personnel (HR) systems with the electronic banking applications in BPH.
BCC solution is the first package of this type certified by BPH Bank to ensure integration with SAP, the most popular tool that supports enterprise management in Poland.
The e-banking solution, implemented by BCC, supports two-way communication between SAP system and e-banking and the Internet systems in BPH (MultiCash PRO, BusinessNet). The client receives a possibility to generate payments directly from its SAP system and can send them automatically to the bank. Similarly, bank statements are automatically read and posted in the client’s SAP system. Implementation of a special interface ensures full integration of the clients’ software, adds to developing functionalities of their applications, makes the data flow process automatic and in some cases helps adjust the formats of data exchanged to international standards.
The solution is prepared as a standard package of configuration changes in SAP system and an easy-to-install interface. In the service BCC also provides solution documentation and user manuals. Starting a standard functionality takes only 2-3 days. The solution can be easily developed by more advanced functions, such as mailing a payment letter of advice to a supplier, Direct Debit, TRANS-Collect service or a possibility to receive current bank statements from the whole day.
