Bartłomiej Buszczak, previously consulting director, has been appointed BCC’s General Director and Member of the Board. After 10 years of running the company, Michał Jankowski, BCC’s President of the Board, has decided to focus on ownership’s supervision.
‘Bartłomiej Buszczak has been working for BCC for 8 years. During that time he has actively participated in the company’s development and raised his own qualifications, showing in his actions an untiring commitment and unusual methodicalness. In his first years of work he greatly contributed to forging out the BCC’s implementation methodology, which was and still is one of the fundaments of efficient SAP project execution for our clients. In next stage of his career in BCC he proved himself as the head of the consulting department, being in charge of projects executed by the department. He considerably increased its potential and managed the development of consultants’ team competence. Now I know that he is perfectly well prepared to carry out the tasks that await him in his new position’, said Michał Jankowski.
Bartłomiej Buszczak has been working for BCC since 1997. He started as a SAP implementation consultant, next he was Board agent for the quality system and SAP project manager. Since 2001 he had been managing BCC consulting department, which under his leadership had become the most experienced and the biggest team of SAP consultants in Poland. As a member of Steering Committees he has supervised the execution of many SAP implementation projects. Currently, as general director, he will be in charge of the company’s further operations.
Bartłomiej Buszczak thus presents his professional creed: ‘A company’s edge on the market is defined by its client relationship. In BCC we try to cooperate with clients as partners.
