BCC and Wolters Kluwer: SAP outsourcing for Poland and Hungary

Since the beginning of February this year, Wolters Kluwer Polska and the Hungarian company CompLex Kiadó have been taking advantage of SAP systems maintained and operated in the BCC Outsourcing Center.

Wolters Kluwer Polska and CompLex Kiadó are the branches of the international company Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of information for professionals. Wolters Kluwer Polska is the biggest publisher of legal and business publications on the Polish market, offering own products under ABC, Lex and Oficyna brands.

BCC provides the hosting and administration services in the scope of SAP systems for both companies. BCC Outsourcing Center is responsible for the maintenance of the following systems: SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver Portal and SAP Business Connector.

The agreement with Wolters Kluwer is another international outsourcing contract, concluded recently by BCC. Since November 2011, BCC Outsourcing Center has been working for the Norwegian company King Oscar A/S.

The BCC Outsourcing Center provides comprehensive maintenance of an IT environment: starting with hosting and collocation, through system administration and ending with application service – support of SAP users. The centre handles over 100 Service Level Agreements (SLA), referring to different IT systems, including SAP. The foundation for the service quality of the BCC Outsourcing Center, apart from the team experience and technical infrastructure, are the work standards resulting among others from IT Service Management System, compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL and from Information Security Management System, compliant with ISO 27001.
