A leading integrator of telecom, IT and automatic control solutions has started implementing mySAP HR solutions that support human resources management. BCC-supported implementation will cover three units: Poznań-based Emax SA, Winuel SA of Wrocław and Max Elektronik SA of Zielona Góra.
mySAP HR will process the data of over 500 employees of companies that make up Emax Group. The implementation covers the areas of personnel administration, organizational structure management, payroll and work time management.
An interesting implementation element is a solution for Emax SA that will assist in settlements of subsidies for people employed under a supported employment enterprise contract (ZPChr). BCC is preparing a development of standard mySAP HR in this area. Within the project an interface between Emax‘s SAP and SOD (Subsidy Administration System) will be created. The system is used for settlements with PFRON (National Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled).
Implementation works are carried out by BCC with support of SAP consultants from Winuel SA, who are preparing a group of non-standard personnel and payroll reports. The project in Emax Group is a next project executed by BCC in cooperation with Winuel.
Productive start of the solution is scheduled for March 2006.
