According to the latest edition of the annual TOP 200 report in which the prestigious weekly Computerworld reviews the situation of the Polish IT sector, BCC is one of the three largest companies offering software implementation services on the Polish market, right after Asseco and Sygnity.
The TOP200 Report: Ranking of IT and Telecommunications Companies in 2008 lists the major Polish IT companies, leaders in the sale of IT services and most powerful IT exporters as well as a number of other rankings and listings reflecting the situation of IT sector in Poland. The comparisons are made on the basis of revenues for 2008.
In the ranking of top software implementation companies – most important from BCC’s perspective – BCC went up from number 4 in 2007 to number 3, following Asseco Poland and Sygnity. Among top ten companies in the ranking, BCC is the only one which specializes in the implementation of SAP solutions.
A growth in BCC’s revenues (PLN 79.64m in 2008 versus PLN 50.2m in 2007) is also reflected in a better position of BCC in other TOP200 rankings. In the ranking of IT service providers, BCC climbed up from number 33 to 21, and in the overall ranking of IT sector companies, from number 109 to 75.
According to TOP200, BCC is additionally the largest exporter of SAP services in Poland. Among the companies conducting export sales, BCC was ranked sixth, with the export sales revenues of PLN 31.8m. Also in this ranking, BCC is the only company focusing on SAP-related services.
