The Boryszew Group which is comprised of foreign companies operating in the automotive sector uses the SAP application management provided by the BCC Outsourcing Center.
The Maflow France Automotive s.a.s., Spain Automotive S.L.U and Italian Maflow BRS S.r.l. have been a part of The Boryszew Capital Group since the end of 2010. Maflow plants produce cables for air conditioning, steering wheel support and active suspension for the automotive industry. Since June 2012 all three companies have been using the SAP application management at BCC. As based on the contract,BCC Outsourcing Center experts provide remote support to several dozen of SAP Maflow’s key users off-site in France, Spain and Italy. The support includes the SAP ERP system in the areas of finance, materials management, production planning, and sales and distribution.
The BCC Outsourcing Center provides comprehensive environment maintenance services: from hosting and co-location, through system administration and application management services which make up the standard support for SAP users. The Center supports more than 100 SLA contracts on various IT systems, including SAP. In addition to an experienced team and the technical infrastructure, the foundations for the quality service of the BCC Outsourcing Center rest in the work standards derived from, among others,IT Service Management System compliant with ISO 20000 and ITIL, and Information Security Management System compliant with ISO 27001.
