We are pleased to announce the change of name of the company Business Consulting Center Sp. z o.o to SNP Poland Sp. z o.o. made on January 17 2018.
Since May 2017, BCC has been part of the SNP Group. SNP SE is a leader in SAP system transformation projects (including changes resulting from the division, merger of companies, reorganization of processes, data harmonization, etc.), based on its own IT products and solutions. Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and headquartered in Heidelberg, the company has locations all over the world.
SNP solutions extend the current portfolio of the company’s services and products, while SAP consulting, IT outsourcing and software development services remain the core business of SNP Poland – just as in the case of BCC so far.
“The goal of our company is – on the one hand, to offer global standards on the Polish market, and on the other – the development on foreign markets. Therefore, in May 2017, we decided to join the SNP Group. The change of name to SNP Poland is the next logical step. The international brand listed on DAX will facilitate the sales of our services abroad and strengthen the development. In addition, the change of our name will allow us to eliminate selling SNP and BCC services separately. Under one common SNP brand, we will be able to offer clients the solutions and tools that are best for them” – says Andrzej Moskalik, Board Member and Director of Customer Relations.
The change applies only to the formal name of the company. All other data, including NIP (Taxpayer ID Number), KRS (National Court Register), bank account numbers, phone numbers and addresses will remain unchanged. There is also no need to update contracts and other formal documents.
