Winning 10 new clients and expanding the scope of cooperation with further companies are the effects of one year-long operations of BCC Outsourcing Services Department.
BCC service center, since January 2005 made a separate department, provides full range of SAP outsourcing services: from remote support in system administration, administration outsourcing, application service, maintenance, to full outsourcing of SAP solutions.
In 2005 10 new clients decided to conclude permanent outsourcing contracts with BCC. 3 clients significantly expanded the range of the previously concluded contracts. The new contracts cover services like application service for one of the biggest mySAP HR installations in Poland and remote administration and monitoring of SAP XI integration environment (component of SAP NetWeaver) for a client in a consumer goods industry.
Waldemar Sokołowski, BCC Outsourcing director, comments: ”In the last year the number of employees in our department has almost doubled, particularly in application service team. The effect of larger potential is growing number of clients and contracts for new tasks.”
Thanks to new contracts the company’s income from outsourcing services in 2005 has grown by 36% in comparison with 2004. Currently BCC’s outsourcing services department provides services for 20 clients.
