BCC and SuccessFactors, an SAP company – the world’s leading provider of cloud computing solutions for HR – signed a partnership agreement under which BCC will expand its SAP HR (SAP HCM) offering to include cloud-based HR services pertaining to “soft” HR in particular.
SuccessFactors, a company that has recently become an SAP company, offers state-of-the-art tools for the support of human capital development, including employee assessment and performance management, team work, recruiting along with integration with social media, e-learning and compensation management, and also advanced solutions for monitoring and reporting of HR processes and data.

Relying on instant templates, it is possible to work out an optimum and fully scalable solution in relatively short time that is customized to the needs of the enterprise. SuccessFactors solutions are also available on mobile devices.
