A leading pharmaceutical company chose BCC as its partner in implementing a corporate SAP solution from Great Britain into their Polish branch.
The project of corporate SAP standards implementation and system integration for the needs of the Polish branch started in May 2008, and it is planned to take almost a year to complete.
There are four partners involved in the process: AstraZeneca Pharma Poland, the British head office along with its consulting company and BCC – the Polish implementation partner.
“Our task is not an easy one. Firstly, there are four different partners involved in the process. Secondly, the systems’ integration requires the introduction of numerous organizational changes in AstraZeneca in Poland. This kind of undertaking presents many challenges to an implementation company. This is why we chose BCC – the company with an extensive international experience in carrying out SAP rollouts.” – says Ewa Strzelczyk, the head of the project and Director of Sales at AstraZeneca Pharma Poland.
