BeeOffice Service Desk – customer service platform of the BCC Group – from Poland to Argentina

Since March 2016, BCC Group uses the BeeOffice Service Desk application in daily communication with customers. BeeOffice supports the handling of hundreds of contracts and thousands of users.

BeeOffice Service Desk is an application of BCC for the registration, processing and reporting of status of service requests. The solution is one of the modules of the employee self-service portal, BeeOffice.

Since 1 March 2016, BeeOffice Service Desk is used by the service organization of the BCC Group that supports close to 300 active contracts of the BCC and 7milowy, as well as thousands of users in Poland and other countries (among others, in Spain, France, the USA, China and Argentina). The contracts Supported in BeeOffice Service Desk apply to IT services, including among others outsourcing and administration of IT systems in the BCC Data Centers and application services for SAP systems.

BeeOffice Service Desk supports the reporting of problems and queries of users, their distribution to the appropriate teams or persons, current online inspection of the notification status and notification of changes in the status. Users can also evaluate the quality of service. Among other features worth mentioning are the simple application interface that eliminates the need for user training, different variants of presenting requests – depending on the work nature of the service team or the user’s preferences. In addition, there is a possibility of preparing information dashboards in accordance with the work nature of the organization.

For customers of the BCC Group, BeeOffice Service Desk creates a transparent communication platform that increases the productivity of users, facilitating access to information, including quick search for a specific notification and definition of its status. For persons responsible for the continuity and quality of IT services on the part of the BCC Group clients (including heads of IT divisions), BeeOffice Service Desk provides a comprehensive tool for current monitoring of service contracts.

BeeOffice Service Desk is available in the offer of BCC as an application for handling any service processes – within the organization (e.g., IT helpdesk, Shared Service Center) or for communication with external clients (e.g., BPO centers, service centers and warranty service).

SNP Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
