Common offer by BCC and TOPCALL: automation of processing orders and invoices in SAP system

BCC and TOPCALL have concluded an agreement; together they will offer FaxConnect for Orders solution, which helps automate the process of documents entering and flow as well as integrate with the SAP system used in a company.

Thanks to FaxConnect for Orders the information from orders or invoices is automatically read, directly passed on to SAP and immediately made available for many users. This increases the efficiency of their processing and adds to increased clients’ satisfaction. The technology of taking over the data helps automate business processes, decreases operational costs, shortens the time of processing and handling orders and invoices, reduces the human error factor and considerably improves the quality of the read data.

FaxConnect for Orders is a solution that smoothly integrates with SAP, created by TOPCALL on the platform called Unified Communications. It includes software for data reading and verification as well as an option of Order Entry Book, which was developed by TOPCALL especially for SAP. FaxConnect for Orders eliminates time-consuming manual entering documents (eg. orders or invoices) received by fax, e-mail or delivered in a traditional paper form.

Thanks to the process of model recognition and content-based criteria of classification, FaxConnect for Orders classifies and separates particular data (like client’s number and name, order number etc.). Through processing interfaces in SAP those data, along with images of the source documents, are passed directly to the Order Entry Book, where they are subject to formal procedures of approval and registration.

Users may at any time view, monitor and edit client’s orders with the use of several windows at the same time, which simplifies handling clients’ inquiries and eliminates the risk of losing data. Additionally, the software guarantees error-free distribution and processing of documents, even those of a large volume, and also improves their processing. FaxConnect for Orders solution also offers automatic dispatch of return receipts and internal notice of order reception from the client (eg. to sales managers).
