Single Customer View is an extension of the SAP standard (produced by BCC), which ensures a complete picture of relations with a particular customer without the need to activate several system transactions and reports. The SAP user sees essential information in one place, that is, on the so called Customer Card. The user may also search for customers according to dozens of criteria (such as telephone number, contact persons and offer or invoice number). This solution improves sales and customer service.

Single Customer View supports customer relations. One transaction, so many possibilities. We will present why SCV significantly simplifies the daily work in the ERP system.

Call center in ERP? It is possible. Single Customer View is also working environment for telemarketers, customer service clerks. Employees gain 360° insight into in the account data, and interactive phone call list allows to accept orders without having to start next transactions.
