Kamax SA uses BCC outsourcing services

Kamax Mechanical Equipment Plant has signed with BCC a contract under which BCC service organization supports administrating mySAP ERP system and provides SAP application maintenance service for SAP key users in Kamax.

Witold Rymarz, the project manager, says: ‘A stable access to the qualifications of BCC experienced consultants gives us a guarantee that the problems arising in everyday SAP system administration and work will be solved quickly. After passing queries and problems via the Internet or by phone, IT employees and key users from various departments may focus on their basic duties’.

Application service concerns all the scope of mySAP ERP started in Kamax. The company has been using SAP since January. BCC implementation covered financial accounting, fixed assets accounting, controlling, materials management, production planning and sales and distribution.

More than 15 companies use BCC outsourcing services, some of them are Elite Cafe, Kopernik, Nordzucker, Orkla Press, PWP (Wolters Kluwer group), Sanitec Koło, Zachem Chemical Plant, ZEC Bydgoszcz heating and power plants.

Kamax SA Mechanical Equipment Plant in Kańczuga produces shock absorbers and pulling devices. The company sells on Polish market as well as in Russia, China, Germany, Sweden and Ukraine.
