Outsourcing contract with Metro Group, the biggest trade company in Poland

Since the beginning of June Metro Group, the biggest trade company in Poland, has been using BCC outsourcing services in application support for mySAP HR system key users.

Under the contract concluded at the end of May, BCC Outsourcing Department provides remote assistance to mySAP HR system users. The system supports managing human capital management.

BCC service consultants are at the disposal of mySAP HR key users who act as an internal help desk for Metro Group employees using the system. BCC assistance consist in helping to solve more complex problems related to mySAP HR handling.

Krzysztof Mąkolski, finance director in MGI Metro, the company responsible for IT projects in Metro in Poland, estimates: „mySAP HR is a key IT solution for Metro. We expect that thanks to a constant access to SAP specialists of the highest qualifications we will maintain the system in full capacity and we will make a better use of its possibilities. The tasks related to SAP maintenance and development are an additional burden for the key users. Constant support on the part of BCC service consultants will relieve them and let them focus on their basic tasks”.

mySAP HR serves more than 16,000 employees in over 80 outlets of Makro Cash & Carry depot chain, employees in real,- and Praktiker supermarkets and other companies of Metro Group in Poland. mySAP HR is used by more than 200 users. mySAP HR implementation, carried out by BCC, was one of the largest such projects in Poland.

All for One Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the person whose data is processed has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
