SAP in Animex (Smithfield Group): the leader on the meat market has chosen BCC

The leader on the meat market in Poland – Animex Group – launches a complex implementation of SAP system. The undertaking, which is executed by BCC, is planned for the next two years and will comprise the entire capital group. It is one of the biggest ERP projects executed currently in Poland.

SAP ERP system in Animex Group will support financial accounting, fixed asset management, controlling, materials management, warehouse management as well as sales and distribution. Besides, the company will take advantage of the tools for the consolidation of the company bottom line. BCC consultants will also develop an integration platform based on SAP PI (Process Integration) technology, which integrates several other applications with SAP.

ANIMEX Group is another leading company from food industry, which has chosen BCC for SAP implementation partner. Among BCC clients, there are producers of sweets, convenience food, meat products, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and alcohol, tea and coffee, sugar, as well as producers of dairy products, including cheeses and yoghurts. Since the year 2003, BCC has have a SAP Dedicated Partner status for the food industry.
