The group of power plants ZEC Bydgoszcz SA has used the solution, prepared together by BCC and Content Management company, helping in optical document archiving in SAP system. The solution started in ZEC Bydgoszcz enables the SAP R/3 system users an access to optical copies of scanned incoming invoices. In order to integrate the archiving Altair application with SAP system easily and smoothly, an original product created by BCC, EasyRFC, was used.
Since April this year ZEC Bydgoszcz has been using a new version of SAP – R/3 Enterprise. Technical upgrade was carried out with the support of BCC Outsourcing Services Department.
ZEC has been using SAP solutions since 1999 in finance, controlling and materials management. The project in ZEC Bydgoszcz, carried out by BCC, was the first SAP implementation in energy production industry in Poland. Bydgoszcz company also uses BCC outsourcing services in SAP administration support.
