Single Customer View is an extension of the SAP standard, which ensures a complete picture of relations with a particular customer without the need to activate several system transactions and reports. The SAP user sees essential information in one place, that is, on the so called Customer Card. The user may also search for customers according to dozens of criteria (such as telephone number, contact persons and offer or invoice number). This solution improves sales and customer service.
The operation of Single Customer View is intuitive. A clear layout of the Customer Card and information grouped into thematic tabs ensure easy operation from the very first activation. Opening new tabs and accessing information are now just one click away.
When delivering the solution, BCC consultants customise the Customer Card view to fit the company’s specificity and IT needs as well as the requirements and authorization of particular user groups. For example, a salesman may have insight into the customer’s address details, list of contact persons and tabs presenting open sales processes, list of contacts with the customer, list of complaints and list of invoices issued. An employee of the finance department, on the other hand, may have access to information about the customer’s current debt, and tabs containing a list of outstanding payments or list of purchases made by the customer under the discount agreement.
The data provided by the Single Customer View may be sourced from SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM solutions used in the company. Single Customer View is delivered as a ready-to-use product.
