Since May 2017, we have been part of the SNP Group. We are expanding our offer with solutions supporting SAP system transformations. In January 2018, we change the name to SNP Poland. What does this mean for BCC customers, for the Polish SAP services market? Answers are provided by Andrzej Moskalik, Director of Customer Relations at BCC.
SNP, a new shareholder of BCC, is also an SAP partner providing services related to SAP systems. What new does SNP bring to BCC’s offering?
The SNP offer focuses on the support of SAP environment transformation projects on the basis of its own software that is unique on the market. The use of SNP products in transformation projects reduces the duration and risk of projects.
As a leader of the SAP market in Poland, BCC has been carrying out such transformation projects for years. I mean dozens of projects related to business changes – for example, SAP rollouts in corporate groups, system mergers, carve-outs of shared service centers or business units intended for sale.
But also projects of technological changes, such as migrations to new platforms, including SAP HANA.
Today, in addition to supporting such projects, we can offer our customers ready-made SNP products and tools. This combination of the experience of the Polish market leader and unique software proven worldwide is a new, original proposal on our market.
In this way, we expand our offering and potential in the area of SAP. At the same time, we provide the same range of services in the area of IT outsourcing, IT consulting and software development.

Does the company structure change due to the expansion of the offering?
The team of people and the current internal BCC organization remain unchanged. In the Consulting and AMS Department, in January 2018, a new area – Business Landscape Transformation – was created. It will be managed by Krzysztof Siwiec, an expert with twenty years’ experience at BCC and SAP, who has been managing the Finance, Analysis and Planning area so far.
A team of BLT consultants will participate in SAP transformation projects worldwide and in Poland, using also the SNP Transformation Backbone. It is a flagship SNP solution, with references from the largest projects of this type.
Why does BCC change its name to SNP Poland?
The goal of our company is – on the one hand, to offer global standards on the Polish market, and on the other – the development on foreign markets. Therefore, in May 2017, we decided to join the SNP Group. The change of name to SNP Poland is the next logical step. The international brand listed on DAX will facilitate the sales of our services abroad and strengthen the development. In addition, the change of our name will allow us to eliminate selling SNP and BCC services separately. Under one common SNP brand, we will be able to offer customers the solutions and tools that are best for them.
What are the formal consequences of the change of name?
The organization and operation of the company will not change. Business processes and operating procedures will remain unchanged. The model of cooperation with customers, including the people coordinating cooperation with customers, will not change either. The change applies only to the formal name of the company. All other data, including NIP [Taxpayer ID Number], KRS [National Court Register], bank account numbers, phone numbers and addresses will remain unchanged. There will be no need to update or modify agreements, contracts, offers submitted by us or other formal documents.
