BCC has won another client: since July Tchibo has been outsourcing SAP HR administration, which handles 500 Polish employees of the coffee potentate.
The contract came into operation on 1 July. Under its provisions the consultants from BCC’s outsourcing center manage the SAP system owned by Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o. in human resources management (e.g. payroll and personnel administration).
“We expect that this service will help us better use the potential of our SAP solutions. We will be able to improve the standard of personnel service, which will in turn result in employees’ satisfaction”, said Andrzej Giedzicz, International System Manager at Tchibo.
“We decided on the support by BCC’s service, as we highly value the competence of their consultants. BCC’s specialists have wide experience in servicing many clients. The cooperation enables us to use that experience on a permanent basis”, adds Agnieszka Zalewska, IT Manager Tchibo.

Since the beginning of 2007 the following companies have chosen BCC’s support in SAP HR: ABB, Hochland and Praktiker chain. The total number of BCC’s outsourcing and service clients exceeds 40 entities.
Tchibo represents a unique business model: a combination of specialist knowledge on coffee with innovative consumer products offered in a weekly cycle. For many years it has been a leader in Polish coffee market. Its offer includes ground and instant coffees, cappuccino and mixes. In Poland Tchibo has a coffee roasting plant in Marki.
