Conversation with Michał Jankowski, President of the Board of Business Consulting Center sp. z o.o.
Could you present your company in a few words, please?
Business Consulting Center sp. z o.o. is a consulting company that specializes in services connected with SAP R/3 system. We have been in the market since 1995 that is since the beginning of SAP activity in Poland.
What "milestones", during the five-year history of BCC, would you mention?
I would recall three, especially important, events: ISO 9001 certificate granted by DQS, VAR status given by SAP, and new teams establishment for projects related to the power industry, FMCG, and mass production.
What do you think the best assets of BCC are?
Because our company has risen out of the Polish ground, we know very well the Polish specifics of the R/3 implementation. We have very experienced R/3 consultants team – one of the biggest in Poland – and we continue to invest in their knowledge, over 12 percents of our income in the preceding year. Our big advantage is also Quality Assurance System, which enforce us all the time to keep high quality services. Our customers see ISO 9001 certificate as a guarantee that their implementation will be completed in agreed time and at agreed cost – and, it is true for all our implementations, indeed.
What new elements is BCC going to introduce in the fifth year of its activity?
As I said before, we have established new departments dedicated to serve customers of the selected industries: power industry, FMCG and mass production. This way we can offer a solution that features R/3 system, complementary products, the specialized methodology of implementation that uses some particular trade standards and knowledge of the experts who cooperate with us. Another direction of BCC development is continued lowering of the system implementation costs. Due to this, R/3 system from BCC is within a range of not only giants in the Polish market, but also of companies that have a yearly income of some 200, or even 50 million PLN.
