Four Polish Divisions of the international group from the automotive industry have chosen BCC as an implementation partner and provider of outsourcing services related to SAP HR solution.
In Valeo, the SAP HR system will support payroll processing and work time management. The project also covers SAP HR integration with an external system of work time registration and launch of the Work Time Manager’s Desktop to facilitate work time management by line managers. Integration with the existing FI module is also planned as part of the project. The implementation began in March this year.
The system will cover over 2,000 employees in a number of locations, including the factories in Skawina and Tychy and a Division office in Warsaw. SAP HR should be made available to users in early September 2008.
Valeo decided to purchase the solution in the outsourcing model. The company will use the system located in the BCC data center and administered by specialists from the BCC Outsourcing Services Department.
