Support for retail points of sale in SAP
The solution is intended for companies that, apart from their main distribution channel (wholesalers, regular customers), run retail points of sale but don’t have or don’t want to have dedicated POS systems for their stores, e.g. retail chains.
SNP EasyPOS enables sales directly from the SAP system, online. The solution ensures full integration with the SAP (ERP/ECC or S/4HANA) system. All data, such as material descriptions, prices, discounts, stock levels, is retrieved online directly from the SAP database.

- Package contents
From a technical point of view, the package consists of two components: the ABAP extension on the SAP system side and the compatible software on a workstation based on the Active X or web service technology (as of ECC 6.0 release). We provide:
- A printing program with functional modules used to call up the functions of a printer driver
- Programs enabling the configuration of operational parameters of the application (VAT rates, payment methods)
- A single-file installation program (standard Windows installer) containing the software installed on a workstation.
SNP EasyPOS Drukarka Fiskalna is an out-of-the-box solution. The prerequisite is an implemented SAP SD module – receipts are printed based on an invoice document (VFxx transaction group).
After verification of compliance with the printer models used by the company, the solution is installed on the SAP ERP or S/4 system, where configuration settings, such as tax codes or payment methods, can be defined.
The implementation allows you to start using SNP EasyPOS within a few days of purchase.

The solution can be easily customized to specific sales conditions in a given company and to work with various models of fiscal devices.
Using built-in configuration programs, you can add or change the payment methods printed on receipts. Since the solution is based on the universal Thermal communication protocol, you can easily change a printer without interfering with the software.
