SNP Enterprise Content Management is a comprehensive and flexible platform which is a unique combination of a content management system for the management and archiving of all types of electronic information processed by the organization, and a workflow system.

With SNP ECM, scanning, electronic archiving and sharing of documents, workflow and business process management become effective, safe, and employee-friendly.

The product can be used to optimize the management of various types of documents and processes, e.g.

Documents and processes under control. In integration with SAP.

One Enterprise Content Management platform. One central document repository. One solution for process automation and digitalization. In integration with SAP or other systems.
Automation and OCR

The REST API module built into SNP ECM enables the integration of the solution with OCR systems (e.g. ABBYY). This ensures:

  • automatic text recognition
  • automated digitization of documents
  • handling of large volumes of documents
  • mass scanning of documents
Quick and easy implementation
  • short time to deliver a working solution for business
  • possibility of implementing further business scenarios by the customer themselves
  • easy fitting into the existing IT environment (deployable on various operating systems and databases, including free of charge ones)

As a company with many years of experience in the development of IT solutions for demanding customers, we offer a full range of services needed to deploy, maintain and develop the ECM. This helps clearly assign responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the ECM and all aspects of the project.

Cloud/SaaS or On-premise

We provide two maintenance and licensing options:

  • SaaS – a dedicated installation in SNP Managed Cloud
  • On-premise – a dedicated installation on the customer’s hardware platform

As part of the SaaS installation, we provide:

  • access to the ECM based on individual SLA terms agreed with the customer and on periodical (monthly or quarterly) fee depending on the current number of users
  • state-of-the-art IT technologies (databases, operating systems, high-speed connections and managed virtual machines)
  • guaranteed security of production data, archival data and backup copies
  • no initial investment or technology development costs
Data security
  • an architecture that provides a high level of security (the possibility of dividing data by companies in the group, locations or departments; the possibility of creating a test and development installation in a single IT environment)
  • protection against unauthorized access. Safety of data storage and transmission.
  • an extensive authorization system that enables defining user permissions even to individual data
  • use of cryptography for the storage and transmission of data
  • an advanced control and audit system identifying who did what and when in an application

As a solution offered in the cloud, SNP ECM is ISO 27018 certified. The ISO 27018 certification is an independent guarantee of security and confidentiality of the customer data stored in the application. The ISO 27018 standard applies to such processes as the data backup maintenance and creation system, data encryption, management of modifications in applications, recording of users’ and administrators’ activities, management of users’ accounts and authorizations.
