Wherever there is a need to manage the working time of a large group of employees (e.g. production plants, retail chains, call centers, shared service centers), a work schedule is created.
The work schedule is continuously changed, also in the context of assigned overtime or on-call duties. When planning work schedules, persons responsible for work planning (e.g. department managers, shift managers) should take into account a wide range of legal aspects arising from the labor code, internal regulations related to employees and their groups as well as other data (e.g. leaves already scheduled, availability of individual employees). Additionally, the data on actually worked time should be taken into account in remuneration calculation without errors and delays.
All in one place
The managers obtain access to a clear table with a list of their subordinates, and can update their work schedule on an ongoing basis. Based on data from an HR system (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors), the application blocks the input of invalid data (e.g. working time exceeding the FTE for a specific employee, a break between shifts shorter than required by the law, an on-call duty falling on the day of an already scheduled leave).
The data from SNP E-Time can be used for working time accounting. Payroll preparation can be based on both the data entered into SNP E-Time by a manager (a work schedule with its subsequent changes) and the data from other sources (e.g. from a time recording application).
