A revolution in working time planning

SNP E-Time is a web application that allows managers to plan the time of their subordinates, taking into account their availability and preferences, in accordance with legal and corporate regulations.

SNP E-Time gives managers a versatile, user-friendly tool for employee time planning and accounting. Thanks to automation, SNP E-Time can reduce the preparation of work schedules for a team to just a few minutes.

SNP E-Time integrates with any personnel and payroll system, including SAP HR/HCM, SuccessFactors, Teta HR, Oracle HRMS and other. SNP E-Time can also work with any external time recording systems.

Thanks to SNP E-Time, the employees of the Polish clothing giant LPP have an impact on their working time

A work schedule ready in a few minutes

„A work schedule for a team of several dozen people, taking into account legal requirements and employee preferences, ready in minutes? It's possible!”

Wherever there is a need to manage the working time of a large group of employees (e.g. production plants, retail chains, call centers, shared service centers), a work schedule is created.

The work schedule is continuously changed, also in the context of assigned overtime or on-call duties. When planning work schedules, persons responsible for work planning (e.g. department managers, shift managers) should take into account a wide range of legal aspects arising from the labor code, internal regulations related to employees and their groups as well as other data (e.g. leaves already scheduled, availability of individual employees). Additionally, the data on actually worked time should be taken into account in remuneration calculation without errors and delays.

All in one place

SNP E-Time, an easy-to-use web application, creates a friendly work environment for department managers, gathering the data related to working time planning in one place.

The managers obtain access to a clear table with a list of their subordinates, and can update their work schedule on an ongoing basis. Based on data from an HR system (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors), the application blocks the input of invalid data (e.g. working time exceeding the FTE for a specific employee, a break between shifts shorter than required by the law, an on-call duty falling on the day of an already scheduled leave).

The data from SNP E-Time can be used for working time accounting. Payroll preparation can be based on both the data entered into SNP E-Time by a manager (a work schedule with its subsequent changes) and the data from other sources (e.g. from a time recording application).

With SNP E-Time, line managers are able to provide the HR system with all the data required for working time planning and ultimately accounting without any additional workload. The benefits include:

  • better control of the team’s work by managers
  • compliance with legal regulations, including the Labor Code provisions
  • reduced workload of the HR department
  • increased employee satisfaction
  • in the case of using data for working time accounting – elimination of delays and errors in payroll preparation

SNP E-Time is an original application of SNP Poland, built in the SAP UI5 technology on the SAP Cloud platform that integrates cutting-edge cloud technologies and guarantees the performance, stability, scalability and mobility unprecedented among competitors.

SNP E-Time can be tailored to the specific needs of a company and easily expanded with additional functions such as entering the data on worked overtime or compensatory time off, overtime balancing.

Certificate from SAP

SNP E-Time, as the first solution of this type in Poland, is certified as an SAP-Qualified Partner-Packaged Solution for SAP SuccessFactors. The SAP certificate, received in December 2018, confirms that the solutions included in SNP E-Time are based on the best practices and innovations in the field of human capital management.
