Within the managed hosting, SNP Poland ensures the availability of customer’s systems and IT services in SNP Data Centers, with high availability and performance parameters specified in the SLA.
  • Administrative care “plus” is a service in which SNP provides the customer with a ready-to-use system platform, as agreed with the customer, and keeps it operational by providing the monitoring, responding to problems, etc.; the customer benefits from the ability to focus on the use of the business layer (e.g. the ERP system), without the need of taking care of hardware and software platforms
  • Individual terms of SLA – various business solutions require a different scope of support and different response times, so we agree with the customer on individual terms of cooperation and we provide the service at the level which is tailored exactly to customer’s business and economic requirements
  • Proactive optimization actions – we not only maintain the systems, but also monitor their performance and proactively advise the customer on how to optimize the system performance
  • Each customer has their own coordinator – regardless of the possibility to contact the Service Desk team of the SNP Outsourcing Center, which directs customer’s requests to appropriate specialists, the customer has a dedicated supervisor who knows the specific needs of each customer and is focused on improving the quality of service of the contract

Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) until May 24, 2018, and as of May 25, 2018 – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  7. Personal data may be made available to other entities from the group that SNP Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of – also located outside the European Economic Area, for marketing purposes. SNP Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the Employee has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
