Robotic Process Automation

AUTOMATION OF WORK WITH BOTS

All for One Poland carries out projects of implementing RPA solutions both as a “proof of concept” version as well as a full implementation of process automation tools in the organization. A special area of All for One Poland’s activity is RPA projects for SAP.

Robotic Process Automation means creating software robots (bots) that simulate the activity of users performing specific, repetitive tasks in IT systems. This can also be described as the creation of ‘digital workforce’.

The benefits of RPA include reduced workload, accelerated implementation of tasks, reduced burden of repetitive tasks on employees, and the possibility of introducing additional reports that were previously too labor-intensive to prepare.

  • Settlement of liabilities (entering invoices into the financial and accounting system, data validation, payment processing)
  • Settlement of receivables (creation of invoices, sending invoices to counterparties, verification of payments, collection of receivables)
  • Posting on accounts and reconciliation of balances (entering data into the ERP system, describing the entered data, entering the electronic form of a document into the system, transferring data to the HR and payroll system)
  • Verification and entry of suppliers (whitelist)
  • Settlement of tax deductible costs
  • Periodical data posting based on files (fuel cards, settlements of corporate payment cards, etc.)
  • Automatic sending of balance inquiries or generation of balance confirmations for counterparties, based on incoming e-mails
  • Performing other sequences of activities related to the month-end closing or year-end closing
  • Planning and tracking of shipments
  • Monitoring and comparing of prices
  • Loading customer orders into the system
  • Creation of official documents for the shipment of goods, e.g. abroad
  • Material cost analysis
  • Updating price lists
  • Updating credit limits
  • Entering leads from different sources
  • Lead handling in CRM
  • Updating payroll and sending payslips
  • Data consistency between different tools, for example ERP – Platform for employee self-service
  • Handling of sick leaves and vacation requests
  • Working time recording
  • Mass creation or change of master data
  • Service request handling
  • Tracking messages on websites (e.g. government websites)
  • Supervising the operation of interfaces (e.g. comparison of the list of technical XML messages and invoices posted in the system to verify whether all messages have been processed correctly)
  • Preparing reports for the management board, combining information from several data sources in the system (e.g. costs, sales, working time)
