The latest CRM system available in the cloud

SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is the latest generation of the SAP CRM system, available in the cloud. The solution comprehensively supports the area of customer relationship management. With C4C, you can, for example, streamline sales and service processes and build a competitive advantage and long-term customer relationship.

SAP Cloud for Customer:

  • enables you to engage customers through various channels of contact (telephone, e-mail, point of sale, social media)
  • provides a variety of features (sales and customer service; marketing; analytical functions)
  • is characterized by simplicity of use
  • allows for data processing based on the SAP HANA platform
  • provides the possibility of integration with other SAP solutions in the on premise model and in the cloud (including S/4HANA or SAP ERP)

SNP Poland ensures that the data provided to these entities is properly secured, and the Employee has the right to obtain a copy of the data provided and information on the location of the data provision.
