More efficient management of sales activities
The CaRuM functionality (read “karum” – Latin for “valuable, precious”) focuses on those operational functions from the CRM area which translate directly into the most valuable result for a company – the sales. CaRuM users are sales reps, analysts and sales team leaders.
SNP CaRuM gives sales reps access to customer data – including history of orders, settlements and payments, coming from the SAP ERP system. Moreover, CaRuM allows sales reps to record their sales activities, contacts with customers along with attachments as well as to manage customer potential and sales opportunities by individual groups of products or services.
For sales team leaders and for sales analysts CaRuM is a tool used for the reporting of sales and commercial activity by individual sales reps. CaRuM also provides them with information on sales potential on the market and by its segments.
