Financial e-reports from SAP
As of 1 October 2018, new provisions of Article 45 of the Accounting Act came into force, according to which, the financial statements of entities entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) must be submitted electronically, based on logical structures and the format published by the National Revenue Administration.
In order to meet customer needs, SNP Poland is developing SNP Finstat – an application dedicated to the SAP system, which supports the preparation of annual financial statements (including a balance sheet, a profit and loss account, a cash flow statement) in electronic form, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance.
Functionalities of SNP Finstat
The application enables the configuration of the flow of data from the following sources:
- line items of financial statement version configured in the SAP system, GL account
- balances for the specified periods and years,
- internal system tables created in the user namespace,
- other valuable data recorded in the SAP system as a standard by preparing a client extension based on BAdIs available in the product.
- non-SAP systems.
The standard SNP Finstat supports the following types of structures made available on the website of the Ministry of Finance: Small Entity, Other Entity. At the customer’s request, the functional scope may be extended to include other structures (e.g. Insurance Company, Bank).
SNP Finstat is an SAP extension – a feature set ready to use, with the ability to adapt to specific needs.
