A cloud dedicated to SAP

We offer the SNP Managed Cloud service based on many years of experience in implementing and maintaining hundreds of SAP environments.

The infrastructure is built on the resources that are expected and supported by SAP, especially for S/4HANA systems or more broadly – systems based on the HANA database.

In SNP Managed Cloud, systems are maintained in the Tailored Datacenter Infrastructure (TDI) variant. The backup system is integrated with SAP HANA databases.

More than hosting, more than IaaS

In SNP Managed Cloud, we do not focus on infrastructure. You could say that SNP Managed Cloud starts at the point where the IaaS offered by the giants of cloud services ends. The essence is to provide complementary services to ensure smooth operation at the point of contact of system management layers.

SNP provides comprehensive IT administrative care (hardware, networks, operating systems, databases, backups) and SAP support (SAP Managed Services – SAP Basis administration, SAP maintenance, SAP application management), proactive optimization actions, modern data security solutions, as well as individual consulting, among other services.

“Plus” administrative care

SNP provides a ready-made system platform to the extent agreed with the customer and maintains as well as monitors it, reacting in case of problems.

The benefit for the customer is the ability to focus on using the business layer (e.g. an SAP system) without the need to take care of the hardware and software platform.

Individual SLA terms

Different business solutions require different support and different response times.

That is why the SNP Managed Cloud offer is always tailor-made. We agree individual terms of cooperation with each customer and provide a service at a level adapted to the business and economic requirements of the organization.

An individual service coordinator

For each contract, we provide an individual service coordinator. This is a specific person who can always be contacted (phone, e-mail) in order to escalate the problem, obtain explanations, change the scope of services, get information about billings, etc.

No RAM or CPU limit

Our customers are guaranteed unlimited access to RAM and CPU resources. The price list depends on the number of system users and amount of data.

Technical aspects (such as the number and type of servers) are the responsibility of the service provider. The customer does not have to deal with them.

A professional service organization

In addition to the technical layer necessary to maintain systems, SNP Managed Cloud also means:

  • a team of experienced SAP administrators available 24/7/365
  • a versatile team of IT experts (architects, project managers, application, network and hardware specialists, security experts)
  • a mature and SAP-certified SNP service organization, working according to ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standards
  • SPOC – a single point of contact for all types of service requests (the customer does not have to know intermediate layers and the source of the problem, he/she just reports a problem, and it is the responsibility of SNP to find a solution)
SNP Data Centers: 24/7 security

SNP Data Centers make up a modern and secure technical infrastructure (two twin data centers in different locations).

They are also used as a monitoring center where systems and networks are under the supervision of specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Not only do we maintain systems, but we also monitor their operation and proactively advise the customer on how to optimize their performance.
