SNP Single Customer View
Key customer information in one place
SNP Single Customer View is an extension to the SAP standard thanks to which it is no longer necessary to run several transactions and reports in order to view the full picture of a relationship with a given customer. The SAP system user can see the most important data in one place, i.e. the Customer File. The user can also look up customers by several dozen criteria (including among others by phone number, contact persons, bid numbers or invoice numbers). These features help streamline the sales process and improve customer service.
The use of Single Customer View is intuitive. Thanks to a clear layout of the Customer File as well as grouping of information into thematic tabs, working with this solution is easy from the start. Access to every piece of information needed requires only a single mouse click to open a new tab.
The view of the Customer File can be tailored to the character and information needs of a company and to the requirements and access rights of individual user groups. For example, a sales rep can see customer’s address details, the list of contact persons and tabs showing: open sales processes, a list of contacts with the customer, a list of complaints and a list of invoices issued to the customer. A financial team member, on the other hand, can see in the Customer File data on the customer’s current debt level as well as the list of unsettled payments or list of customer’s orders placed and executed on discount terms.
The source of data made available through Single Customer View can be the SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM solutions used in the company. Single Customer View is offered as ready-to-deploy.
