When we implemented HR in our Polish subsidiary, we chose BCC as our project partner after some reference calls plus some very positive meetings with BCC and we had a very smooth project on time and on budget.

They got to know our business and the system template very well, so we thought their experience was worth using in another country. We were expecting a great deal of experience in SAP rollouts from the implementation partner. The knowledge of the conditions related to the maintenance and development of the systems in an international organization was important to us, as well as the knowledge of the local SAP specification. That is why we have chosen BCC.

We want to focus on identifying business needs and satisfying them through the implementation of new technologies or developing the existing ones, therefore we have handed over the responsibility for the continuity of operation and optimization of the SAP system to BCC.

For many years, we have been using the SAP application management service rendered for us by BCC. This is great support for us because we can always count on the help of experienced consultants.

The comprehensive SAP outsourcing is the best solution for us from an economic point of view. We use an efficient hardware platform and the knowledge of technical and application BCC specialists for a fixed fee. In the area of SAP we do not need to invest in our own IT infrastructure and bear the costs of maintaining and developing competences. It is much easier to plan IT costs rationally with a fixed monthly fee for a strictly defined scope of services. We do not bear the risk of overinvestment or underinvestment.
