W ramach BCC Webinars zapraszamy Państwa na webinar "Przygotuj się już teraz do RODO – nowe przepisy o ochronie danych osobowych!".

4 maja 2016 roku opublikowano oficjalne teksty nowego rozporządzenia i dyrektywy o ochronie danych osobowych (RODO). Rozporządzenie znajdzie bezpośrednie zastosowanie od 25 maja 2018 roku, natomiast na implementację dyrektywy i wydanie odpowiednich ustaw krajowych państwa członkowskie mają czas do 6 maja 2018 roku.

RODO to znacząca zmiana w kontekście podziału obowiązków pracowniczych i rozwiązań kadrowych. Obecnie nie ma obowiązku powoływania Administratora Bezpieczeństwa Informacji (ABI), ale unijne rozporządzenie to zmienia. Zmieni się jednocześnie nazewnictwo stanowiska – ABI od maja 2018 zostaje Inspektorem Ochrony Danych (IOD).

Webinar będzie dotyczył praktycznych aspektów europejskiego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych.

Podczas webinara omówimy m.in.:

  • RODO 2018 sprawdź co Cię czeka
  • Najważniejszych zmian, które wprowadza RODO
  • Jak wdrażać w organizacji kulturę dotyczącą ochrony danych osobowych?
  • Szkielet projektu migracji do RODO

Aby wymusić przestrzeganie przepisów, rzecznicy ochrony danych osobowych (w Polsce – GIODO) będą mogli nakładać surowe kary na podmioty, które dopuszczają się naruszeń. Kary administracyjne mogą wynieść do 20 000 000 euro lub – w przypadku przedsiębiorców – do 4% całkowitego rocznego obrotu z poprzedniego roku obrotowego.
